• "This is exactly the book I wanted to read right now! It's inspiring, intelligent and provocative - but also unexpectedly comforting. It makes getting older feel like a grand adventure. I want to give it to all my contemporaries.

    Brian Eno, Musician and Producer

  • "A gentler, kinder way to grow older these stories give me hope...."

Charlie Mackesy, author of bestseller The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse

  • "Packed with stories and practical ideas. I'm not sure I'll adopt three young children in the next few years, but it was great to read about those who did."

    Justine Roberts, founder mumsnet.com & gransnet.com

  • "The body says 60, but the head and heart say 35."

Overview

Act 3 is the part of life where experience, perspective and possibility meet. It’s the moment many people realise they’ve achieved a great deal — yet something inside is shifting. The old markers of success don’t land in the same way. A new chapter is calling, but the shape of it isn’t clear yet.

This workshop is designed to give you the time, space and structure to explore that next chapter with clarity, confidence and renewed energy.

What we'll explore

In the workshop, you’ll be guided through a series of reflective conversations and practical tools to help you:

Understand what’s changing — and why

Identify what you want more (and less) of in the years ahead

Navigate transitions with steadiness and perspective

Begin shaping a life that feels aligned, energising and meaningful

This isn’t about reinvention for the sake of it. It’s about designing a chapter that fits who you are now.

What the workshop includes

Guided reflection and structured exercises

Small‑group conversation in a supportive, confidential setting

Practical tools you can use long after the workshop ends

Space to think, breathe and reset — away from the noise of daily life

A chance to connect with others who are navigating similar transitions

A calm, thoughtful and safe atmosphere.
